Abstract txs generation for ZKInputs tests

- TxProcessor move txCompressedDataEmpty inside the if of tp.zki!=nil
- Abstract generation of transactions for ZKInput tests to avoid code
repetition
  - used at txprocessor & test/zkproof tests
