* HyperNova: move CCS struct outside of LCCCS & CCCS

HyperNova nimfs: move CCS structure outside of LCCCS & CCCS, to avoid
carrying around the whole CCS and duplicating data when is not needed.

Also add feature flags for the folding schemes.
