Add AES-GCM (GaloisCounterMode) plonky2 circuits (#4) (AES-GCM: https://nvlpubs.nist.gov/nistpubs/Legacy/SP/nistspecialpublication800-38d.pdf , to encrypt with AES block cipher for plaintexts bigger than 16 bytes) * implement AES-GCM circuits & subcircuits matching native impl * add directory with AES-GCM circuits examples of usage * expose predefined config circuits for AES-GCM-128, AES-GCM-192, AES-GCM-256
